Your Referral is Looked After Properly
If Pulse & Flow Haus isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so. Our role is to help them make the right next decision.
We’ll acknowledge the introduction and keep you updated at key milestones, while respecting the client’s privacy.
We’ll recommend the next step that best suits the business — whether that’s strategy, a website, an app or ongoing support.
How It Works

Introduce us by email, LinkedIn or referral form.
02 — We take it from there
We’ll make contact and understand what the business needs.
03 — We recommend the right next step
We’ll guide the client toward the most appropriate next step based on what they need — whether that’s
Find Your Pulse, a website or app project, or ongoing digital support. There’s no pressure to move into a build if that isn’t the right fit.
04 — You’re kept informed
We’ll confirm meaningful milestones so you aren’t left wondering what happened.
05 — You receive your referral payment
When an eligible referred client engages PFH and payment is received, your referral commission becomes payable.
When a new client you refer goes on to engage Pulse & Flow Haus for an eligible
Create Your Flow project, you’ll receive a one-off referral commission of
20% of qualifying professional fees, capped at $500 per referred client.
Your referral may first move through Find Your Pulse or another appropriate next step. The referral commission becomes payable once the client proceeds with their first eligible Create Your Flow engagement and PFH has received the qualifying payment
A few things to know: referral commissions apply to genuinely new introductions and not to businesses already in an active conversation with Pulse & Flow Haus. Find Your Pulse, recurring Care fees, GST, discounts, refunds, licences and third-party or pass-through costs are excluded from the commission calculation.

What your referral can expect from us
We’ll listen first, understand the business, identify the real digital priorities and recommend an appropriate next step.
We won’t push a website, app or ongoing service simply because we offer one.
